We offer permanent contingent, exclusive or retained recruitment services across our chosen market.

Contingent Recruitment

This is the low risk option. You only pay for results; a no win, no fee scenario therefore honestly what do you have to lose? A fee will only become payable to ourselves once we have successfully introduced a suitable candidate to your business and they have commenced employment with you.

We have crunched the numbers, our CV to interview ratio average is 5:2, resulting in our clients always receiving a very small targeted shortlist of able and qualified individuals in line with your specific requirements, thus saving you time and money.

Exclusive

This is our preferred method and another low risk option for you. You only pay for results on a no win, no fee basis. The difference is that you agree to work with Coalesce exclusively and as your one and only recruitment partner for an agreed set period of time.

Seeing that we have no competition from competitors or other methods, we can focus our efforts solely on your requirements; spend endless hours of our time to ensure that we deliver the best available talent to you at all times.

The benefits to you is one recruitment partner, one contact and simply a very cost effective, straight forward recruitment process, that once tested we are confident that you won’t want to try anything else.

Retained

This is the best solution for strategic, senior level appointments or ones which require very niche skills. It requires a more in depth and lengthy process on our behalf, where we invest endless hours in targeting the top 10% of talent in industry. We work with you to specific timeframes and deliverables but ultimately we find the right people for you irrelevant of the time it takes.

In return for our efforts and time, our total introduction fee is split into 3 equal amounts and chargeable as below:

  • Commencement of our search
  • Submission of candidate shortlist
  • Written acceptance of the contract and commencement of employment.
